PIA welcomed to CTFC --> 16 June

On Saturday the 16 June Christian Marais, Alexia Michaelides, Rafi Weiner and Gareth Pinnock flew up to George to collect the newest addition to the fleet - Tomahawk PIA.
Christian and Rafi flew back in Christian's 210, while Alexia and Gareth had the honour of been the first in CTFC to fly PIA.

ATC/Met Flip Day 10 June

Chantal van Steijn from ATNS, and Gareth Pinnock from CTFC got together to organise a "flip day" for ATNS and met office staff. The idea was for pilots fro mFACT,FAFK and FASH to meet at CTFC and to take them on a flight to show them "the other side", and then to do some socialising round a braai.

The planning was perfect, except for the weather. Our weekend fell in the middle of about 40 days and 40 nights of rain.

But the social went well, and the flying has been postponed to a later date!
